WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not issue refunds. Each item purchased is hand made to order. It is not unusual for the item to have some unnoticeable, unique imperfections due to variations in materials, designs and transfer methods.
If you receive your item and you are unhappy with the results you may return it within 7 days and we will replace it for you.
WHAT IF I WANT A CUSTOM DESIGN?
We specialize in creating custom designs. If you want a completely original design, a modification to one of our established designs, or want to be surprised, reach out via our Contact Us page.

Items purchased are shipped US Postal Service first class or priority. Shipping time is typically 2 to 3 days. If you need expedited shipping please message us before purchasing.
